Our services
Z6 Advisory provides technology and management advisory services, fixed-scope software builds and fractional technology leadership under a written engagement letter that states the scope, the duration and the price. The website describes our offers; the signed engagement letter governs.
SMS terms
Program. Z6 Advisory Client Messages.
What you will receive. By providing your mobile number and agreeing to receive texts, you consent to receive appointment confirmations and reminders, service and incident updates, and replies to your requests from Z6 Advisory at the number you provided. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
Frequency. Message frequency varies by your account activity; typically a few messages a month.
Cost. Message and data rates may apply. Check with your carrier.
Opt out. Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving messages. You will receive one final message confirming you have been unsubscribed.

Carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy. How we handle your mobile number is described in our Privacy Policy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use our services to break the law, infringe rights, or attack systems, and to keep your credentials confidential.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to the services is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Disputes are resolved in the courts of Orange County, California.
Changes
We may update these terms; the effective date above changes when we do. Continued use of the services after a change means you accept it.
