Privacy Policy
What we collect
When you contact us, request an assessment, or become a client, we collect the information you give us: your name, business name, email address, phone number, and details about your technology environment. When you use our website we collect standard server logs such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited.
How we use it
To respond to your inquiry, deliver the services you engage us for, send service notices and appointment reminders, invoice you, and improve our website. We do not sell your personal information.
Text messaging (SMS)
If you opt in to receive text messages from Z6 Advisory, we use your mobile number only to send the messages you agreed to: appointment confirmations and reminders, service updates, and replies to your requests. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time and HELP for help. See our Terms of Service for the full SMS terms.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support roles, including customer service, is permitted only as needed to deliver the service you requested. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
Who we share it with
Service providers who help us deliver our services, such as remote monitoring, backup, email security, and help desk vendors operating under our name, each bound to use your information only to perform that service. Authorities where the law requires it. Nobody else.
How long we keep it
For as long as you are a client or a prospect we are in conversation with, and afterwards as long as the law requires for business records. You may ask us to delete your information at any time, subject to those requirements.
Security
We apply the same controls we sell: multi-factor authentication, endpoint protection, encrypted and tested backups, and access limited to the people who need it.
Your choices
You can ask what we hold about you, correct it, or ask us to delete it. California residents have additional rights under the CCPA, including the right to know and the right to delete; we do not sell personal information and have not done so in the preceding twelve months.
